​Terms and Conditions:

• Maximum of 6 people per session. If you have a larger group, please consider booking two time slots. Contact me to discuss accommodations.
• Children must be at least 3 months old. This ensures their comfort and safety during the session.
• Sessions are non-refundable but transferable. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your session to another family.
• Bookings cannot be canceled, but they can be rescheduled or transferred to another session or service based on availability.
• Punctuality is crucial. Please arrive on time as late arrivals will result in lost session time.
• Wardrobe is not provided, but I’m happy to offer guidance and recommendations on what to wear for the session.
• Illness Policy: If anyone in your party is unwell, please contact me to reschedule to avoid the risk of illness during the shoot.

FAQ​

What is included in the package?
The package includes a 20-minute session, 7 high-resolution edited digital images, and a private online gallery for viewing and downloading your photos. Additional digital images and prints will be available for purchase.
What should we wear?
Holiday or natural colors are recommended. Layering with sweaters, scarves, and boots can add a cozy touch. Avoid large logos or overly busy patterns to keep the focus on your family.
Can we bring props?
Yes, you’re welcome to bring small Christmas props.  If you have something specific in mind, feel free to discuss it with me beforehand.
How many people can participate?
Mini sessions are ideal for immediate families (up to 5-6 people). If you have a larger group or need more time, please Inquire about a full session or book two time slots to ensure we have enough time to capture everyone.
When will we receive our photos?
You can expect to receive your proof gallery within 7-10 days after the session for viewing and choosing your favorite images for editing. The edited gallery will be available for download within 7-10 days after you choose your favorite images.
Can I purchase additional images?
Yes, additional images beyond what’s included in your package can be purchased for $25 per image.
​What if we need to cancel?
If you need to cancel, please notify me as soon as possible. While the payment is non-refundable, it may be transferable to another session date or service, depending on availability.

Can pets be included?
Pets are welcome, but please let me know in advance. Be sure to bring a leash and any treats or toys needed to keep them calm and happy during the session.​

How to Prepare Children for a Mini Session

Set Expectations:  Explain the session in a fun, positive way. Let them know it's just like playing and spending time together.

​Choose Comfortable Outfits: Pick clothes they like and feel good in. Involve them in choosing to make them more excited

Plan Ahead: Avoid scheduling any other activities on the day of the session to keep them rested and focused.

Bring Snacks & Comfort Items: Pack easy snacks and a favorite toy or blanket to keep them happy and calm.

Practice & Stay Relaxed: Practice smiles at home, but keep it light. Stay calm during the session to help them feel comfortable.
