Six months is such a beautiful age to photograph — full of curiosity, soft rolls, and the sweetest little expressions. Ezra’s session was exactly that. His mom reached out to me specifically for his six-month milestone session, and she mentioned how much she had been looking forward to capturing this age. It made the session feel even more special. Ezra and his family drove all the way from Inglewood to my Santa Clarita studio, and I’m always so grateful when parents travel to me to document these important moments in their baby’s first year. A Session With a Personal Touch Ezra’s dad is a pilot, so I wanted to incorporate something meaningful into his milestone portraits. We used one of my favorite wooden airplane props together with a soft aviator-style hat — just enough to highlight his dad’s profession in a subtle, timeless way. Ezra wore a cozy cream knit romper from my studio wardrobe, which is available for all milestone clients. The neutral tones kept the images classic and clean, allowing his sweet expressions and personality to shine. The combination of the outfit, adorable hat, and wooden airplane made for the perfect little aviation-inspired setup without feeling overly themed.
