I had the absolute pleasure of welcoming baby Joaquin into my Santa Clarita studio for his newborn photography shoot. His mom, who I’ve had the joy of working with before, knew exactly what she wanted—natural, timeless photos that would capture Joaquin's sweetness just as he is.

We started the session with some sibling photos, featuring Joaquin with his adorable 2-and-a-half-year-old sister. She was so excited to be a part of the shoot, and you could see the love she already has for her little brother in every frame. It was one of those moments where you just know the images will be cherished for years to come.

After we captured those precious sibling moments, it was time for baby Joaquin to take center stage. His mom was clear from the start that she wanted the focus to be entirely on him, without a lot of distractions or props. I love this approach because it really allows the baby’s personality and tiny details to shine through.
